•Appointment(s) MUST be cancelled or rescheduled at least the night before your appointment time. • If you NO CALL / NO SHOW or cancelled your appointment last minute, there will be a 50% charge per service. • If you are more than 5-10 min late to your appointment please understand that I may not be able to perform the whole service on you. •Repeated offenders will have to put down a DEPOSIT (50% per service charge) in order to make any future appointments. Services may be denied after 2 offenses.
